Paradise Village is a 122 acre master planned community immediately outside the eastern edge of the City of Tracy California. The site located approximately 3 miles from the Center of Tracy at the south east corner of the intersection of Paradise Road and Interstate 1-205.

 

The northern edge of the site has approximately 900 feet of frontage on Interstate 1-205. The southern edge of the site is bordered by Grant Line Road, which is a major east/west arterial road that leads to Interstate 1-5, approximately 5 miles to the north east.

The site is currently farm land and is zoned for industrial use. The area immediately adjacent to the site are included City of Tracy's Northeast Industrial Concept Development Plan, 2.26.96.
