Paradise Village contribution to the City of Tracy and the
nearby communities will be extraordinary due to its well
balanced proposed mixed uses. Promoting a live, work, shop
and entertainment and play experience, all within one’s
fingertips will result in direct benefits for the local
residents and the entire region. This is an innovative
concept that has not been done in this particular area of
Northern California.
