Developer's Vision

Paradise Village contribution to the City of Tracy and the nearby communities will be extraordinary due to its well balanced proposed mixed uses. Promoting a live, work, shop and entertainment and play experience, all within one’s fingertips will result in direct benefits for the local residents and the entire region. This is an innovative concept that has not been done in this particular area of Northern California.

Following are some of the anticipated direct results and contributions:

·       The creation of a master planned landmark destination project that the general population in Northern California will associate with the City of Tracy.

·       Family entertainment for everyone…

·       Creating an all inclusive environment for jobs and business creation… attracting a skilled work force and establishing companies with high paying jobs.

·       Generating new possibilities and excitement for growth within the borders of the North-East Industrial Area.

·       Environmentally friendly since it will minimize onsite and offsite lunch or dinner commuting for the live-work residents due to its onsite circulation. Residents, workers and visitors will have a desirable and easily attainable selection not only for lunch breaks, business meetings and gatherings, but also for leisure dinning or shopping.

·       Recycling through its onsite rainwater reclamation proposed plan.

·       Provide a much needed affordable housing element in the City of Tracy, through an unprecedented European style village environment and high quality homes.

·       Generate a much desired senior housing element in a resort style setting with easy access to medical clinics, a major shopping center and/or small scale shops for the day to day shopping.

·       Preliminary data suggests that Paradise Village will generate as a minimum fifteen to twenty million dollars annually via sales tax revenues.
