Paradise Village will include 400 housing units of affordable housing. The housing takes the form of two stories of living space over at grade parking and two stories of living space over ground floor retail. This housing is set in a village environment, allowing for pedestrian friendly lifestyle with convenient access to small retail shops and markets. Twenty five percent of this housing is set aside for city and school district employees.
